Record seller, SKU, material option, dimensions, selling unit, amount and date. A product family can have several finishes with similar photos, so the material selection needs its own field.

Check count before discarding packaging

Match the number of earrings and included accessories to the actual description. One single earring in a box is not a short pair when the selected offer explicitly sold one piece; a two-piece pair needs both included pieces.

Resolve discrepancies

Ask the seller about a wrong finish, missing component or description mismatch. We have not purchased or inspected a delivered order and do not certify authenticity, condition or personal suitability.

A useful detail to retain

Retain the actual offer until the received quantity and material option are checked. A different finish can have a different care requirement even when the shape looks identical. Ask the seller about an unapproved substitution rather than assuming that the alternative is equivalent. We have no physical inspection record for your delivery.
